Home visit physiotherapy across Parramatta

Parramatta is the hospital end of our patch. Westmead sits at its centre, and people across this area often call in the weeks after a discharge, when the ward physiotherapist has signed off and nobody has quite picked up the thread at home.

The housing runs to two extremes. There are the older cottages of Toongabbie and North Parramatta with their steps and long paths, and there are the apartment towers around the CBD and Olympic Park, where the risks are tiled bathroom floors, a lift someone has to feel safe using, and a long carpeted corridor to the front door.

Being fifteen minutes from our Guildford base means we can start quickly here, which matters more after a hospital stay than at almost any other time. Strength drops fast in the first few weeks home, and so does the confidence to leave the house.

Funding in Parramatta: Clients here use the full mix: Support at Home (formerly Home Care Packages), self- and plan-managed NDIS, and private. Physiotherapy under Support at Home is clinical care — no participant contribution. More on fees & funding →

Referring a client in Parramatta?

We invoice plan managers and Support at Home providers directly, so the family is not chasing paperwork.

Post-discharge starts, quickly

Westmead is on our doorstep. Where a client is coming home with reduced mobility, the first fortnight is the window that matters and we can usually be in it.

One person, start to finish

Jimmy takes the call, arranges the physiotherapist and stays across how the client is going. You are not handed to an intake team and then to someone else.

Apartment access sorted in advance

Building access, visitor parking and lift fobs get worked out before the first visit rather than in the lobby, which is where a lot of first appointments in this area quietly fall over.
