Who we’re looking for
- Physiotherapists first — especially with aged care, neuro or community experience. New grads with the right instincts and a hospital placement history are welcome to apply.
- Allied health more broadly — occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and podiatrists who want mobile community work. As our referrals grow, so does the team.
- The non-negotiables:AHPRA registration (where applicable), professional indemnity & public liability insurance, police check, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC for paediatric work, your own transport and ABN. We’ll walk you through anything you’re missing.
The vetting is real — our referrers trust us because every clinician we send is someone Jimmy would send to his own family. Expect a proper conversation, a clinical scenario or two, and reference checks. If that sounds fair, we’ll get along.

Contractor or employee?
Contractor, on your own ABN — you keep flexibility over days, regions and caseload size, and can keep other work alongside. Rates are agreed upfront and paid reliably.
How full a caseload can you actually offer?
Straight answer: it grows with our referrals, and we won’t promise volume we don’t have. Most clinicians start with a part-week caseload in their chosen regions and build from there. Tell us your ideal shape and we’ll be honest about the timeline.
What does Jimmy handle vs what do I handle?
Jimmy handles marketing, intake, funding checks, invoicing and the first-call relationship. You handle the clinical work and your notes (within 24 hours — our referrers rely on it). Reports are shared work: you write, he quality-checks.
