Where we work
Home, gym, hydro pool, school or community — wherever your goals live.
We work with self- and plan-managed NDIS participants of all ages, in the places their goals actually live: home, the local gym, the hydro pool, school.
The first visit is mostly listening. What do you want to get back to — or get to for the first time? Standing at the kitchen bench to cook, transferring without a hoist, walking to the shops, kicking a ball with your kids. Those goals go into your therapy plan in your words, and every session works toward them.
Because we come to you, therapy happens in the real setting. If the goal is confidence on public transport, we practise at the bus stop, not on a clinic ramp. Progress in the real place counts double.
Plan reviews are stressful enough without chasing paperwork. Progress reports arrive on time, written in plain English, mapped to your plan goals — the kind a plan reviewer, support coordinator or LAC can lift straight into their evidence.
If you have a support coordinator, we keep them in the loop without being asked. If you're self-managed, invoices arrive straight after each session, formatted for easy claiming.
Our physiotherapists have hospital and community backgrounds spanning neurological conditions (stroke, MS, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy), intellectual disability, autism and chronic health conditions. Jimmy holds APA Neurological Physiotherapy Level 1 and matches each participant with the physio whose experience fits.
Home, gym, hydro pool, school or community — wherever your goals live.
Unhurried sessions with time to actually practise — never a 20-minute in-and-out.
The same physiotherapist each visit, matched to your needs by Jimmy personally.
Funding: We support self-managed and plan-managed participants (we're not restricted to NDIA-managed plans). Fees align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits — physiotherapy usually sits under Improved Daily Living. Plan-managed: we invoice your plan manager directly. Self-managed: simple, claim-ready invoices after each session. More on fees & funding →
