Home visit physiotherapy across Liverpool

Liverpool has a large NDIS community and a crowded provider market to go with it. What we offer is not scale. It is the same physiotherapist turning up each visit, someone who knows the client well enough to notice when something has changed, and reports a plan reviewer can actually use.

It is also a major hospital catchment. Liverpool Hospital handles a large share of south-west Sydney's trauma, stroke and rehabilitation work, and a lot of our referrals here are people who have just come home from it. The first fortnight back is where we try hardest to get in, because that is when strength and confidence fall away fastest.

The suburbs across this area vary enormously, from the older cottages around Warwick Farm to the newer estates at Prestons and Hinchinbrook with their two-storey homes and long driveways. The program has to suit the actual house, which is the main argument for assessing someone in it.

Funding in Liverpool: Most of our clients here use self- or plan-managed NDIS funding under Improved Daily Living — fees align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Support at Home (aged care) and private clients welcome too. More on fees & funding →

Reports a reviewer can use

A written progress update every quarter, in plain English, sent without being chased. Written to go straight into a plan review rather than needing translation first.

Continuity, not a roster

Your client sees the same physiotherapist each visit. For participants with communication or cognitive differences, that is often the difference between progress and starting over.

Post-discharge capacity

Liverpool Hospital discharges are a common reason for a referral here, and there is no waitlist. If we cannot take a client properly, you hear it on the first call.
