Yagoona, Birrong and Potts Hill are quiet, established and full of people who have been in the same house since it was built. The housing is almost entirely single-storey brick and fibro on flat blocks, which makes for straightforward assessments and very trainable goals.

It is also close to us, sitting between Guildford and Bankstown, so appointment times here are easy to be flexible with. For an older client with unpredictable mornings, that flexibility is worth more than anything else we could offer.

Flat streets and single-storey houses mean the early wins here come quickly. Once someone is steady getting off a chair and through their own front door, the outdoor progression has nothing working against it.

We cover Yagoona and the streets around it — Birrong and Potts Hill are all the same visit for us. Around fifteen minutes from our base in Guildford.
